The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of advanced technical and skilled duties as needed to install, maintain and repair various buildings, equipment and facility components. The Maintenance Technician will identify and respond to maintenance needs and potential problems.

The Safety Associate assists in providing high quality customer service experiences by ensuring visitors are enjoying the library in a safe manner and in accordance with our patron behavior policies. The Safety Associate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for library patrons and library staff. The Safety Associate will visit assigned Library locations and work collaboratively with staff to identify and resolve safety and patron behavior concerns.
Librarians perform a variety of reference, circulation, customer service, readers advisory, programming, outreach, supervision, location support and in-charge responsibilities.
The Systems Administrator is a member of the Information Technology Department and will provide system administration and support, project planning, technical consulting, and data analysis for software and technological solutions used throughout the Library. They will assist in the implementation of large-scale, long-term, and complex software implementations (i.e. HRIS, Remote Management, MDM, PC Management, Library ILS, etc.) and provide ongoing support. Will serve as the project focal point and liaison between the library and system software vendors. Responsible for analyzing and solving complex problems associated with large computer system implementations. Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of their duties. The Systems Administrator works independently and serves as a project lead when necessary in analyzing, administering, and maintaining Library applications.
The Library Assistant essential role is providing customer service assistance and helping patrons with accessing library materials. Other tasks include assisting patrons with circulation and information requests throughout all locations.
